We are also proud to be verified as a Level II Children’s Surgery Center by the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Children’s Surgery Verification (CSV) Quality Improvement Program, an established verification and quality improvement program designed to optimize the delivery of children’s surgical care.

Palm Beach Children’s Hospital Receives Two Parenting Awards

West Palm Beach, Fla. (September 22, 2015) – Palm Beach Children’s Hospital at St. Mary’s Medical Center received two 2015 Kids Crown Awards for “Best Pediatric Emergency Room” and “Best Pediatric Hospital” in Palm Beach County. Kids Crown winners are nominated and chosen annually by the readers of South Florida Parenting.

“It is an honor to be selected by our very own community members for these two prestigious awards,” said Lisa Rocheleau, assistant administrator at Palm Beach Children’s Hospital. “We will continue to not only meet, but exceed their expectations in providing our pediatric patients with the utmost quality care.”

The emergency room at Palm Beach Children’s Hospital offers advanced medical, surgical, orthopedic and pediatric treatments when an injury or illness strikes. The medical staff includes highly skilled emergency physicians, registered nurses and technicians whose goal is to provide excellent customer service and care tailored to each child’s needs. Palm Beach Children’s Hospital at St. Mary’s has a dedicated team available 24/7 for the transport of newborns and pediatric patients from other hospitals, clinics and emergency departments to get children the services they need as quickly as possible.
